The Service is provided to assist users in enhancing their job listings. We utilize the AI technology of ChatGPT to provide a more optimized and attractive job description. The Service is offered free of charge until the 1st August 2023.

You may use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

• For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content or otherwise.

In no event shall BetterJobAd, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 10 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
